Shipping policy

We want your Dryelle order to reach you as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 24 - 48 hrs after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Delivery Time Once dispatched, delivery takes 7 to 13 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location or courier delays.

3. Where We Ship We ship to all areas across South Africa including Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Gqeberha, and all other towns and cities. Deliveries to remote or outlying areas may take slightly longer.

4. Shipping Costs 1 pair: R75 flat-rate shipping. 2 pairs and above: FREE shipping. We recommend bundling to qualify for free shipping and get better value per pair.

5. Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email. If you do not receive one within 3 business days of ordering please contact us.

6. Delivery Issues If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch please email us at dryellesupport@gmail.com with your order number and we will follow up with the courier. Dryelle is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

7. Discreet Packaging All orders are packaged discreetly with no visible branding or product description on the outside. Your privacy is fully protected.
