1. 30-Day Confidence Guarantee Your comfort, confidence, and peace of mind matter to us. That’s why every order is backed by our 30-Day Confidence Guarantee. If there is an issue with your order, simply contact us within 30 days of delivery and our support team will work with you to make it right. To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on underwear that has been worn or washed.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at dryellesupport@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund.
3. How to Request a Refund Email dryellesupport@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days. Once your return is confirmed, send the item back using a trackable method. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the item.
4. Refund Method Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Allow 5-7 business days for it to reflect depending on your bank.
5. Return Shipping Costs If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, Dryelle covers the return shipping. For change of mind returns the customer covers the shipping cost.
6. Non-Refundable Items We cannot refund items that have been worn, washed, or used, items returned after 7 days, items not in original packaging, or items marked as final sale.
